These weights and dimensions must include any crates, pallettes, boxes or other types of packaging & shipping material. • Q) How fast can I get my cargo to it's destination? A) When you make your first contact with the Tailwind staff, it's very important that we know when your cargo must arrive at it's destination. Our staff will work within these parameters to secure the most efficient aircraft to meet your exact needs. It is extremely helpful for our staff to know of any flexibility in your schedule, as this may directly affect the cost of the operation. • Q) Does Tailwind arrange charter operations outside of the United States. A) Yes. Tailwind operates worldwide. Our aircraft can go into any part of the world that is legally open to international traffic. Tailwind can make your arrangements either into or out of the United States. Ask a representative where, we'll be happy to tell you. • Q) Can Tailwind International do charters as well as domestic? A) Yes. A large number of Tailwind cargo charter operations are into countries outside of the United States. In our over 16 years experience Tailwind has managed both large and small international cargo movements. Much of our larger charter management experience has been in such countries as Russia, Europe, multiple sites in South America, Canada, Saudi Arabia, China among a few.
